A: Our completion rate is 87%. The modules are updated as we analyze the effectiveness of nudges and identify content updates to continuously increase completions. However, once a client has created an account, a household access pass is used and may not be refunded. Your clients have up to 6 months to complete the program before they are removed from the system without refund.
A: We provide scripts and the email invitation in an advisor-only module that also covers how to use the LifeWise masterplan and guides to ask clarifying questions for the financial aspects of their goals and/or life direction.
